The Dave Clark Five - VERY RARE UK ACETATE UNRELEASED VERSION. Look Before You Leap / Please Tell Me Why. This is a rare UK DC5 acetate from my personal DC5 collection of near on 40 years. This version of Look before You Leap features handclaps throughout the track, which was edited and deleted before its release.
Acetates were only pressed in very small numbers, either for band members or the producer to hear a certain mix of the recorded track. Record plays well with no skips or jumps, just the usual crackles for a pressing of this kind. I'm happy to answer any questions. I also have another 21 DC5 acetates available.
